Are You a British Person Aged 100 or Over? We Want to Hear From You.
According to latest statistics, the population of individuals reaching 100 in the UK has doubled from 8,300 in 2004 to 16,600 in 2024.
From 2004 and 2024, the total of male centenarians has tripled from 910 to 3,100. Over the same years, the count of female centenarians increased by nearly 100% from 7,400 to 13,600.
We are eager to listen to those aged 100 or over, their relatives or companions, about what it has been like to bear witness to the past century’s major happenings and developments.
